Seaver Franks designed this new $8.6 million, 50,000 SF private golf country club in Oro Valley, a northern suburb of Tucson. The facility includes a formal dining room, grill room, kitchen, pro shop, golf cart storage, locker rooms, and a fitness facility.

Located adjacent to the Westin La Paloma Resort, Seaver Franks also designed the La Paloma Country Club offering a 27-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The orientation of the clubhouse maximizes the views of the Santa Catalina Mountains.

Seaver Franks Architects is designing a $48 million addition to and renovation of an existing 5-star golf and tennis resort including a new 7,500 s.f. ballroom, new meeting rooms, 180 new guest rooms, and total renovation of the lobby, pro shop, locker rooms, and all kitchen facilities. In addition, the entire building was made ADA accessible. The project also includes new site features, roadways, and parking.

Seaver Franks designed an expansion to the existing pro shop, men’s locker room, and a new library/lounge.
