Seaver Franks designed the new Tower Theatres, the first movie theaters to be located in Marana, Arizona, a northern suburb of Tucson. The new $11.8 million first-run 12-screen theatre features full stadium seating. The contemporary design was built using tilt-up concrete construction, and features state-of-the-art projection and sound equipment. It features digital projectors in two theaters, and the other ten theaters are digital projection ready.

Located in the Catalina Foothills of Tucson, the contemporary southwest style design of this new world class resort maximizes the views of the mountains to the north and the city to the south while complimenting its desert setting. Seaver Franks also designed the La Paloma Country Club offering a 27-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Seaver Franks Architects is designing a $48 million addition to and renovation of an existing 5-star golf and tennis resort including a new 7,500 s.f. ballroom, new meeting rooms, 180 new guest rooms, and total renovation of the lobby, pro shop, locker rooms, and all kitchen facilities. In addition, the entire building was made ADA accessible. The project also includes new site features, roadways, and parking.

Originally built in 1930, the historic Fox Tucson Theatre sat vacant for 26 years until it was brought back to its original grandeur in 2005 through an $8.5 million historic renovation. The 1164-seat theatre incorporates 876 floor seats with the remainder in the balcony. The project included restoration of historic components, and provision of lighting, sound and electrical and theatrical systems to make the facility a fully functional state-of-the-art venue for stage performances, films, corporate and community events. Designed by Erickson Leader Architects, which merged with Seaver Franks in 2006.

Seaver Franks designed three NoRTH restaurants, one in Tucson, one in Scottsdale, and one on Cherry Creek, Colorado, for Fox Restaurant Concepts. Modeled after an Italian trattoria, NoRTH offers a fresh new approach to Modern Italian cuisine. The restaurants feature sleek interiors, and a hip atmosphere where the unique menu offers the guest a great dining experience.

Seaver Franks designed this new restaurant for an established Tucson restaurateur who expanded to new location with an updated, contemporary look.

Seaver Franks designed two Bloom restaurants, one in Scottsdale, Arizona and one in Broomfield, Colorado, for Fox Restaurant Concepts. Bloom serves New American Cuisine with a seasonally changing menu. Both locations have both indoor and outdoor dining areas. The Colorado location features an elegant second floor private dining room for up to 60; the Arizona location features a glass enclosed private dining room for up to 20.

This multi store restaurant company opened a branch in Tucson and retained Seaver Franks Architects to develop a progressive interior look. Features include an indoor/outdoor bar, furniture, lighting and sushi counter which all contribute to a highly themed setting.
