Seaver Franks Architects is designing a $48 million addition and renovation of an existing 5-star golf and tennis resort including a new 7,500 s.f. ballroom, steak house, new meeting rooms, 180 new guest rooms, and total renovation of the lobby, pro shop, locker rooms, and all kitchen facilities. In addition, the entire building was made ADA accessible. The project also includes new site features, roadways, and parking.
